FACTS AND FINDINGS:

The FY 2022 Parking Structures Capital budget has $1,933,160 in unallocated contingency funds. After allocation the balance will be $1,869,160. There is one project from this fund planned for FY 2023 in the amount of $450,000. The Fund has capacity to pay. Making the repair alleviates the safety concern, maintains the equipment, and avoids the need to seek a weight reclassification.
