FACTS AND FINDINGS:
On June 28, 2021, Maria Rodriguez and Enrique G Rodriguez, owners of the 0.91-acre property at 4090 Milton Street NE - 97305 (Marion County Assessor Map and Tax Lot Number 072W06CA01400), filed an application for annexation and paid the filing fee.
The facts and findings supporting the annexation, zoning designation, and withdrawal from the district can be found in Ordinance No. 6-22 (Attachment 2).
BACKGROUND:
Council held a public hearing on the petition on April 11, 2022. Council closed the public hearing, conducted deliberations, and adopted Order No. 2022-4 ANX. Staff mailed notice of the adoption of the order on April 12, 2022. No appeal has been filed.
