The Public Works Department is coordinating the CAP strategies and implementation. By adopting this resolution, staff will have necessary funding for various studies and analyses as needed to further the CAP implementation. The funding will be re-budgeted in the FY 2023 budget and staff will return to Council if additional funds are needed.

BACKGROUND:
State law allows local governments to approve transfers of appropriations within the limits established by the adopted budget to address unanticipated changes.
