NOTICE OF APPEAL RECEIVED - An appeal of this decision was filed by the applicant on March 15, 2022 (Attachment 2). The City Council may, pursuant to SRC 300.1050, assume jurisdiction for review of the appeal pursuant to SRC 300.1040. If the Council does not assume jurisdiction, the Planning Commission will be the review authority for the appeal. The decision of the review authority on the appeal shall be the final decision of the City.
