An appeal of this decision was filed by SGNA on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 (Attachment 2). In summary, the appeal requests denial of the application. Appeals of Minor Comprehensive Plan Map Amendments are heard by the City Council. A public hearing on this matter will be scheduled on a date to be determined.
