SUMMARY:
Downtown Advisory Board
This joint advisory board advises the Urban Renewal Agency Board on matters related to urban renewal and tax increment fund allocations, and will advise the City Council on matters related to the Downtown Parking District and the Parking Fund.
West Salem Redevelopment Advisory Board
Urban Renewal Agency Resolution No. 10-4URA, and Resolution 2002-18, which ratified the West Salem Redevelopment Advisory Board, provides that appointments shall be made by the Urban Renewal Agency Board.
FACTS AND FINDINGS:
Downtown Advisory Board
Appoint Allan Pollock to a partial term expiring December 31, 2021.
West Salem Redevelopment Advisory Board
Reappoint Britni Davidson Cruickshank to a term #1 expiring June 30, 2024.
Reappoint John Hannam to a term #2 expiring June 30, 2024.
BACKGROUND:
The Urban Renewal Agency Board and Commission Appointments Committee convened on June 18, 2021, to consider applications for appointments and reappointments.
