SUMMARY:
The Urban Renewal Agency Board and Commission Appointments Committee convened on December 11, 2019, and following deliberation, recommended five reappointments and one appointment.
FACTS AND FINDINGS:
North Gateway Redevelopment Advisory Board (NGRAB) (three-year terms)
Reappoint Pedro Mayoral to a term #2 expiring on December 31, 2022.
Reappoint Nate Levin to a term #2 expiring on December 31, 2022.
Reappoint Britni Davidson-Cruickshank to a term #1 expiring on December 31, 2022.
Reappoint Dania Ballard to a term #1 expiring on December 31, 2022.
Reappoint Jerod Martin to a term #1 expiring on December 31, 2022.
West Salem Redevelopment Advisory Board (WSRAB) (three-year terms)
Appoint Alena Heidecke to a partial term expiring on June 30, 2021.
BACKGROUND:
The North Gateway Redevelopment Advisory Board
Urban Renewal Agency Resolution No. 09-6, ratifying the North Gateway Redevelopment Advisory Board, provides that appointments shall be made by the Urban Renewal Agency Board.
West Salem Redevelopment Advisory Board
Urban Renewal Agency Resolution No. 10-4URA, and Resolution 2002-18, ratifying the West Salem Redevelopment Advisory Board, provide that appointments shall be made by the Urban Renewal Agency Board
