Downtown Advisory Board
This joint advisory board advises the Urban Renewal Agency Board on matters related to urban renewal and tax increment fund allocations, and will advise the City Council on matters related to the Downtown Parking District and the Parking Fund.

Appoint Linda Nishioka to a partial term, representing the Riverfront Downtown Urban Renewal Area, expiring on December 31, 2019.
BACKGROUND:
The City Council’s Board and Commission Appointments Committee convened on August 21, 2019, to review applications to the Downtown Advisory Board. Applicant Linda Nishioka was recommended to Council for a partial term expiring on December 31, 2019.
