SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND:
On September 21, 2017, the Planning Commission issued an order approving Class 3 Design Review/Conditional Use/Class 3 Site Plan Review/Class 2 Driveway Approach Permit Case No. 17-05 subject to conditions of approval. The Planning Commission’s decision and adopted findings are attached as Attachments 1 and 2.
On October 6, 2017, the Lansing Neighborhood Association filed a timely appeal of the Planning Commission’s decision pursuant to SRC 300.1010.
FACTS AND FINDINGS:
On November 27, 2017, the City Council conducted a hearing to receive evidence and testimony regarding the proposal, and the public hearing was closed on November 27, 2017. The City Council conducted deliberations on November 27, 2017 and voted to amend the decision of the Planning Commission approving the consolidated application for Class 3 Design Review/Conditional Use/Class 3 Site Plan Review/Class 2 Driveway Approach Permit. The attached order provides the facts and findings related to the City Council’s decision (Attachment 3).
