body
SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND:
On December 20, 2016, the City and the State of Oregon entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement (Attachment 1) (Agreement) to acquire property in the 4100 block of Fisher Road NE (Attachment 2) to allow for construction of a storm sewer gravity pipeline per the City’s Capital Improvement Plan.
FACTS AND FINDINGS:
Per the Agreement, the City is to complete a partition and property validation of the site. The partition process is taking longer than expected, and the closing date stated in the Agreement needs to be amended. Per the proposed amendment (Attachment 3), the closing date will be changed from April 30, 2017, to December 31, 2017. All other terms will remain the same.
