Staff recommends that the City Council adopts the order to reverse the decision of the Planning Administrator for Site Plan Review/Adjustment Case No. SPR/ADJ16-06.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND:
On April 21, 2016 the Planning Administrator granted approval of Class 3 Site Plan Review/ Class 2 Adjustment Case No. SPR-ADJ16-06, subject to conditions of approval. The decision was appealed by Northeast Neighbors (NEN) on May 6, 2016 and the City Council took jurisdiction of the case.
FACTS AND FINDINGS:
On June 27, 2016, the City Council conducted a hearing to receive evidence and testimony regarding the application, the public hearing was closed on June 27, 2016. The City Council conducted deliberations on June 27, 2016 and voted to reverse the decision of the Planning Administrator and deny the consolidated application. The attached order provides the facts and findings related to City Council’s denial (Attachment 1).
