Appoint/reappoint the candidates listed in the Facts and Findings section to the Downtown Advisory Board and North Gateway Redevelopment Advisory Board.

SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND:
Downtown Advisory Board
This joint advisory board advises the Urban Renewal Agency Board on matters related to urban renewal and tax increment fund allocations, and will advise the City Council on matters related to the Downtown Parking District and the Parking Fund.
North Gateway Redevelopment Advisory Board
Urban Renewal Agency Resolution No. 09-6, which ratified the North Gateway Redevelopment Advisory Board, provides that appointments shall be made by the Urban Renewal Agency Board.
FACTS AND FINDINGS:
The Urban Renewal Agency Board and Commission Appointments Committee convened on November 30, 2018, and following deliberation, recommends the following appointments and reappointments:
Downtown Advisory Board
Reappoint Vincenzo Meduri to a term #1 expiring on December 31, 2021.
Reappoint Aaron Terpening to a term #2 expiring on December 31, 2021.
Appoint Ed Whipple to a term #1 expiring December 31, 2021. This is for the recently vacated position representing an institutional organization.
North Gateway Redevelopment Advisory Board (NGRAB)
Reappoint Barb Hacke Resch to a term #2 expiring on December 31, 2021.
