SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND:
As outlined by Housing Authority Resolution No. 748, the Salem Housing Advisory Committee advises the City of Salem Housing Authority Board of Commissioners on housing goals and policies, including low and moderate income housing needs, housing assistance programs and Housing Authority Budgets.
FACTS AND FINDINGS:
The Salem Housing Authority Board and Commission Appointments Committee reviewed applications for appointment on April, 7, 2017, and recommends the applicants listed below for appointment.
Joey Gomez, be appointed to fill a full-term vacancy (replacing a member who is continuing to serve although his term expired December 31, 2016), representing real estate. Mr. Gomez’s term would expire on December 31, 2020.
Ann Marie Andrews be appointed to a partial term at-large position expiring on December 31, 2019.
