SUMMARY AND BACKGROUND:
The property is depicted in “Exhibit 1” of Resolution No. 2016-41.
FACTS AND FINDINGS:
The right of way will provide public access to Straub Middle School and Kalapuya Elementary School via Wilmington Avenue NW and Roadrunner Street NW. The property along Orchard Heights Road NW was obtained in order to meet boundary street requirements under the land use decision concerning this property.
