On July 17, 2017, an appeal of this decision was filed with the Planning Division by Garten Services, Inc (Attachment 2). The appeal will be heard by the City Council. The date for the appeal hearing is tentatively set for August 28, 2017. This is a quasi-judicial land use matter, and the rule against ex parte contacts apply.
