FACTS AND FINDINGS:
The City Recorder’s Office has received the final official canvass of votes cast in the election certified by Marion and Polk County Clerks.
SRC 11.340 states that the Mayor shall proclaim the results of the election immediately upon receipt of the canvass of votes for an election.
