The Boards and Commissions Appointment Committee recommends that the Urban Renewal Agency appoint the applicants listed to the North Gateway Urban Renewal Area Advisory Board, and to the West Salem Redevelopment Advisory Board.

FACTS AND FINDINGS:
The Boards and Commissions Appointment Committee met on April 16th to review and fill vacancies on all Boards and Commissions. These are their recommendations:
North Gateway URA Advisory Board
• Appoint Dana Castano to a full-term expiring December 31, 2026.
• Appoint Kevin Loss to a full-term expiring December 31, 2026.
West Salem Redevelopment Advisory Board
• Appoint Douglas Meltzer to a full-term expiring June 30, 2026.
• Appoint Zachery Fischer to a full-term expiring June 30, 2026.
BACKGROUND:
Authority for the North Gateway URA Advisory Board is set forth in Resolution No. 09-6 URA (dated 7/2009)
Authority for the West Salem Redevelopment Advisory Board is set forth in Resolution No. 10-4URA for Oct/2010, Resolution 2002-18
