BACKGROUND:

The Salem Housing Authority authorized the formation of Redwood Crossings LLC, an Oregon limited liability company, of which the SHA serves as the sole member and manager, to serve as owner of the property. The Property, 4075 and 4107 Fisher Road NE, consists of a 19,336 square foot multi-family building and a 0.58 acre parcel of vacant land. Acquisition of the Property was completed on October 5, 2018. Redwood Crossings serves Salem’s most vulnerable residents using a “Housing First” model, aimed at housing those in need first and then offering wrap around services.  Housing creates stability as a first step to establishing a path to self-sufficiency.
