The City Council formed the City Efficiency Committee with a motion at the January 13, 2025 meeting. The City Council authorized 60 hours of staff time to be used to facilitate the meetings.
The Committee has met 3 times and is scheduled for another meeting on February 7, 2025. Based on the Committee discussion and timing, staff are recommending an additional 15 hours be authorized to facilitate one additional meeting to conclude their recommendations to the City Council.

FACTS AND FINDINGS:
The City Council formed the City Efficiency Committee with a motion at their January 13, 2025 meeting. The Council limited the staff time to support the Committee to 60 hours. The Committee has met three time and has a fourth meeting scheduled for February 7th, 2025. Based on Committee discussion, staff are requesting an additional 15 hours to schedule a final fifth meeting to formalize their findings and recommendations to the City Council.
