FACTS AND FINDINGS:
Ms. Heidi Butler was formerly employed by the City with the Willamette Valley Communications Center. Ms. Butler’s employment with the City ended in early 2023. Ms. Bulter later filed a complaint against the City asserting claims related to her separation from the City. The parties agreed to mediation of the claims and tentatively agreed to:
• Settlement for alleged damages - $200,000,
• City to payment mediation fee of $4,120
• No admission of liability by the City
• Release of all claims.
