FACTS AND FINDINGS:
The Capital Fund Plan for 2026-2030 shows the intent to use funds to continue modernizing scattered site Public Housing homes, as well as to fund Moving to Work activities, such as the Opt-Out Savings program for up to 100 randomly selected program participants.
As outlined in the PHA plan, SHA will pursue opportunities to dispose of obsolete Public Housing units and provide replacement units and/or rental assistance to existing residents to ensure no net loss of assisted units in the community.
The Moving to Work (MTW) Supplement outlines the MTW activities that SHA will continue to utilize in the second year of our MTW implementation. There has been no change in MTW activities since our first year of implementation.
